Whether you think the Savior of this world is a mythical creature or not, we can all agree on the Bible’s portrayal of His character. The book depicts him as being perfect in love and benevolence, more wise than any earthly man, and as having the desire and ability to fix, repair, and heal all of the calamities that beset mankind. For a system like Communism to succeed, it requires such a personality as this portrayal to be its leading champion and initiator. The irony of it is that many of those who champion Communism among men believe this creature to be a myth precisely because the Bible purports him to have such character.
The reason for such a requirement is because men themselves must work towards this personal perfection. The system of communal sharing requires the universal acceptance and unbridled practice of righteous giving. Those of the Marxist clothe pretend to be about this idea of giving, but one soon realizes that those who champion Marx and his ideals of Communism more often than not do so because they yearn to benefit from the communal gifting of others. Marx himself pitted the have-not’s against the have’s, the proletariat against the bourgeoisie. He proposed taking what should be shared instead of offering. For this reason, Communism has, and will continue to fail so long as a completely perfect and benevolent leader remains a missing element; for only such a creature could inspire and lead a group of devotees who sufficiently strive to follow this example. Furthermore, only a group which follows this example can achieve an efficiently communal life. Jesus Christ alone has ever accomplished such a role among men, and his saints alone have ever found true joy in having all things in common.
